As a big fan of Wood Storks I was delighted to come upon a huge rookery with a variety of nesting birds on a trip up the east coast of Florida. The bonus of this site wasn't just the variety of birds and different stages of developing young but a nest of Wood Storks among them. While it's not the best photo I've taken it ranks right up on top of my favorites. I'm not sure how many people would agree with me but I think these baby Wood Storks are adorable!
